Come out and hang with us as we embark on another evening of creativity, fellowship, and collaboration. Musicians and performers of all stripes welcome!

After a DJ set from the legendary Aphrosoul, the house band will take over the sonic waves to build structure and sound inspired by the moment. The floor opens up around 7:30 to anyone willing to share their art with us, from MCs, to spoken word artists, to instrumentalists, to dancers, eventually folding these individual voices into a harmonic fabric as the night weaves on.

The style of music depends on who is playing, but generally hews along jazz-adjacent lines, with roots in R&B, hip-hop, funk, gogo, and neo-soul. If you don’t have an original piece, or want to create on the spot, that’s ok. Jazz standards are encouraged and appreciated. When an open mic and jam session collide this is what you get! If you know, you know! Most importantly - ALL ARE WELCOME.
