Artist Talk: “Watermelon, Chicken & Cornbread”

Please join us Saturday as the host, social equity advocate Daniel Adegbesan, sits down with artists James S. Terrell & Zsudayka Nzinga to discuss the body of work, examining the beautiful culinary history of African-Americans, and decolonizing food narratives by taking back the history and imagery associated with the food custom of “Watermelon, Chicken & Cornbread.”

This event is free & open to the public as all is welcome! Doors open at 1pm.
