Al Burts, a native Washingtonian studied Fashion Illustration at Virginia Commonwealth University and summer drawing at The Corcoran School of the Arts. He is also an alumnus of The Duke Ellington School of the Arts In Washington, DC. His work seizes a range of emotions from the quiet beauty that only age gives to the absolute innocence of youth.
